Asia’s Excellent Taste Awards is a program to honor outstanding contributions in the culinary field. To celebrate creativity, quality, and contributions to Asian cuisine. We create opportunities for Chefs, Restaurants, and Food Products to affirm their brands, enhance their reputation, and promote development in the industry.
The evaluation and selection process is carried out by a prestigious jury, including culinary experts, famous chefs, and representatives from international culinary organizations.
Chef Awards
Aiming to honor outstanding culinary talents and open the door for them to enter the international culinary community, the award honors the categories of Young Chef, Master Chef, and Artisan. The honored chefs will have the opportunity to attend World culinary trend seminars. This is a worthy recognition for their tireless contributions to preserving and developing culinary heritage.

Product Awards
A bridge to honor creative breakthroughs and outstanding achievements in the F&B industry. With 10 prestigious award categories, we honor pioneering businesses with unique products and introduce culinary quintessence to the public. When participating, businesses will receive in-depth assessments from the Jury, the opportunity to widely promote their brands through media channels, and display products in a separate exhibition area of the Food & Hospitality Hanoi 2025 exhibition.
